                                                  RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY 

Return Policy:

MGS Wellness is committed to your satisfaction. If we make an error with your order, or you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please call us at 404 -941-4776 immediately. If you ordered the incorrect item or need to return an item for other reasons, our no nonsense 30-day return policy is as follows:

  1. You may receive a refund or credit on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Before we can accept your eligible return items, you must call us at 404-941-4776 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the number on the shipping label of each box to be returned so we'll know how to process your refund. Items returned to us without original and undamaged packaging, or without an RMA, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

  2. All items purchased from MGS Wellness may be returned under this policy except opened electrode pads or those with damaged packaging, opened rescue kits and packs, used batteries or those with opened packaging, used manikins, books, software, videos, CDs, DVDs, extended warranties, online training passcodes (once issued) and classroom training (once it's scheduled.) If you are returning an automated external defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or items in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund. Training purchases and AED management services are not refundable once scheduled or online passcodes have been issued.

  3. Since all of our products come in various sizes and weights, and since we use FedEx's rate calculator which bases costs on zip code information, we cannot offer a standard shipping table indicating the freight costs.

  4. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we urge you to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. MGS Wellness is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  5. Items not purchased fromMGS Wellness may not be returned to MGS Wellness.

  6. Refunds or credits will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of returned items; refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.

Individual Cancellations: 

1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course date for a full refund.
2. If a cancellation is made 24-48 hours in advance of the course date, 50% of course price will be refunded.
3. No refunds will be allowed if a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice (no show).


Group Cancellations: 

1. Group cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course date. 
2. One make-up session will be arranged for individuals unable to attend a scheduled group class.
3. No refunds will be allowed if a participant fails to attend a course without prior notice (no show).


Other Cancellation Information: 

1. In inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, MGS Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, participants can reschedule or have the option of a full refund.
2. MGS Wellness reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
3. If MGS Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. MGS Wellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Please note: This policy is in place to ensure adequate resources are available for each course and to compensate for last-minute cancellations. By booking your class with MGS Wellness, you agree to abide by this Cancellation policy.
