Individual Cancellations:  1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course date for a full refund. 2. If a cancellation is made 24-48 hours in advance of the course date, 50% of course price will be refunded. 3. No refunds will be allowed if a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice (no show). Group Cancellations:  1. Group cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course date.  2. One make-up session will be arranged for individuals unable to attend a scheduled group class. 3. No refunds will be allowed if a participant fails to attend a course without prior notice (no show). Other Cancellation Information:  1. In inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, MGS Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, participants can reschedule or have the option of a full refund. 2. MGS Wellness reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. 3. If MGS Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. MGS Wellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Please note: This policy is in place to ensure adequate resources are available for each course and to compensate for last-minute cancellations.
